We received a cold approach from Selena of Firstwire app offering to upgrade our now old Big Commerce platform for a fixed very competitive price. At first we were suspicious of this cold approach as we receive many approaches. However the original email was quite detailed and genuinely technically accurate. In order to minimise our risk we counter offered that the payments be further split against hard targets, They agreed and we proceeded. Definitely one of our better decisions as firstwireapp followed through both quickly and expertly to implement the upgrade to a new advanced platform. They proceeded with such speed that they were driving us to make the necessary decisions. As I prepare to leave a review, I read the 1-Star Reviews, and yes, we first learned about FirstWireApp from an email that came through our corporate inbox. It is always a bit hard to trust an emailed introduction, but we had some projects that we wanted to implement on our BigCommerce site, but didn’t know how to do it. We took a chance and hired First Wire to help us. They spoke to us via Zoom to start and then we migrated to BaseCamp/email communications. Their work was swift and the implementation was successful and was done well with great communication. We continue to utilize their services and I recommend you give them a try.

Anand and I worked together to develop a flexible website for a client of mine.
Initially, I was concerned because I have a deep, Texas accent and have had difficulty in the past talking to New Yorkers, much less persons for whom English is a second language.
I know his employees expected the project to be a cookie cutter implementation in which I’d select a “skin” into which they’d import customer data and call it a day. This was NOT the case, and to Anand’s and all his developer’s credit, they stuck with my client and I and delivered a fully functioning ecommerce solution at a tenth of the price quoted my client by at least four US based firms.
Anand is honest, prudent and does what he says he’ll do.
I will use Anand’s services whenever I have a need again. I have no compunctions whatsoever recommending him for anything he advertises.

We used Firstwire App to move our site from Magento 1 to Magento 2. The team at Firstwire App were fantastic to work with. They accommodated our theme and customisations professionally and were skilled at helping with 3rd party extensions. We ran overtime and into several issues with other companies extensions during development but Firstwire Apps were patient and kind in helping us through the issues. Due to international time zone differences they worked during our night, which could have been an issue with regards to needing server support/changes but their professionalism meant we felt comfortable giving them full server access and they proved to being super trustworthy, acting professionally on our behalf.
